CONSENT to the Processing of Personal Data

In accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", I hereby give my consent to the processing of my personal data by Limited Liability Company "Legal Bureau Palladium" (registered address: 117418, Moscow, internal territory of the municipal district of Cheryomushki, Tsyurupy St., 11, Bldg. 3, Apt. 61; INN 7728359197, KPP 772701001, OGRN 1177746051262), namely, the performance of actions provided for in Clause 3, Article 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ with all data at the Company’s disposal for the purpose of:

- Conducting business communications (responding to inquiries);
- Developing a partner network;
- Fulfilling the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

1. This consent is granted with respect to the following personal data:

- Email address;
- Place of work and position;
- Data collected by metric programs;
- IP address;
- Cookies.

2. List of actions permitted under this consent:
I authorize the Company to perform any actions (operations) with my personal data, except for dissemination, as defined by Article 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, including: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.
The processing of personal data shall be carried out using automated, non-automated, and mixed methods.

3. Withdrawal of consent:
I understand that, in accordance with Part 2, Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, I may withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data, in whole or in part, at any time by sending a notice to the Company via the email address provided during registration, to the Company’s email address: mail@p-lb.com with the subject “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”. However, I understand that such withdrawal may result in the inability of the Company to provide full functionality of the website www.p-lb.com.

4. Data processing and retention period:
For all purposes of personal data processing as outlined in this Consent, the retention period shall be 5 years from the date of last activity on the website www.p-lb.com, unless there are grounds for earlier deletion.

5. Form of giving consent:
I have read the Company’s Personal Data Processing Policy and this Consent to the Processing of Personal Data. I express my consent by providing the relevant documents and information and by signing it using a simple electronic signature (SES) – by completing and submitting the appropriate form on the website www.p-lb.com.
